YOGA in the Park

For the first time, Hit the Books is offering a yoga course for our students, tutors, and staff to enroll in. Whether you are a total novice or a more experienced student, this accessible yoga class is challenging, healthy, and fun for all ages! By incorporating traditional yoga poses, calming movement sequencing, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation, this class aims to support increased flexibility, balance, mental awareness, and mindfulness of your body and nervous system. Sessions will take place in both our office and outside - weather permitting. Take advantage of Montreal’s glorious summer, and find your zen with yoga in various parks across Montreal.
